Founded in 1991, Troop 1158 is an active presence in the Ashburn, VA community. Over 50 scouts have earned Eagle Rank and the troop recently earned the prestigious 2012 BSA Journey to Excellence award at the Gold Level. We are an active troop with monthly outdoor events that include hiking, backpacking, canoeing, white-water rafting, climbing and skiing. Our troop meets on Tuesday nights at 7:30 pm at Ashburn Presbyterian Church, 20962 Ashburn Road. Our full Troop meets every week except the last Tuesday of the month. The Patrol Leaders Council (PLC) meets on the last Tuesday of each month. 2013 New Scouts Congratulations to those Webelos IIs who have earned their Arrow of Light and coming to Troop 1158!
